No Return & No Refund Policy

All purchases made through our store are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Customers are requested to carefully review all product details, specifications, sizes, and other relevant information before completing their purchase.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, if a product is received in any of the following conditions:

• Damaged during transit;

• Defective or non-functional upon delivery;

• Incorrect product delivered; or

• Product substantially different from the description provided on our website,

customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team and providing relevant photographs or evidence.

Upon verification of the issue, we may, at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable Indian consumer laws, offer a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and confirmed.
